The Costa del Sol, famous international tourist destination, is located along 150 km of the coast of Málaga offering something different for each visitor. Its pleasant sub-tropical climate with an average temperature of 22º and over 300 sunny days a year, make this area enjoyable the year round. Torre del Mar, the main tourist centre of the Eastern Costa del Sol, offers visitors the commodities of its modern infra-structures and tourist offerings (road networks, commercial centres, restaurants, bars, water parks, etc... ) without losing its fishing village style.

Interesting visits :

From Costa del Sol Bed and Breakfast it is possible to carry out excursions and visits of special interest, Phoenician remnants of Los Toscanos (C. VIII B.C.), and Cerro del Mar 1 km away as well as the historic centre of Vélez-Málaga 4 km away where it is possible to visit churches and historic buildings dating back to the C. XIV and XV. Nerja, 20 km away with the outstanding Nerja Caves and the Balcón de Europa vantage point. The Axarquía area is formed by 31 villages which are the Arab domination legacy where it is possible to carry out different tours by car visiting villages such as the 'Sun and Wine' tour, the 'Raisin' tour, 'Moorish tour', 'Oil and Hills' and the 'Avocado tour'.

Málaga, just 30 km away by highway, offers visits to monuments such as the Moorish Fortress of La Alcazaba, the Gibralfaro castle, its Cathedral with a museum, Roman Theatre and the Picasso Museum in the Bellavista palace. It is also possible to carry out day tours to nearby historic cities such as Ronda, 120 km away, Granada, 130 km away, Seville 200 km away and Gibraltar which is 180 km away.

Activities :

Snorkelling, scuba diving, windsurf, fishing or outboard motor sailing. The La Vega sports spa centre offers the possibility of enjoying tennis, paddle tennis, squash, using its gymnasium installations or Spa treatments. In the area it is possible to hire excursions on horseback, rent bicycles, do trekking or play golf in Baviera Golf course 3,5 km away.

You can explore subterrenean caves, visit exhibitions, go horseback riding, scenic flights, enjoy beautiful scenery and hiking or mountainbike tours in the mountains,and a much more.
